Keep Calm, Connect and Create with Kinesiology Group, was created from a little seed growing in the background many years ago. It has now been cultivated to a nurturing place where like-minded people can connect, be creative, and settle themselves.

I have seen and felt how disruptive overwhelm can be.  Hence, I wanted to ensure a place existed where it can be understood and calmed, and for us to practise ways to master it. 

Here is a supportive space where we can gather and have the opportunity to hear our inner voices whispering to us.  To be able to sink into our centres and tame any confused or churned up Nervous Systems.

Having a regular time and place is so important to cleanse and empty out our buckets, and, to get to know and understand ourselves.

This group is so much more than an energy managing group. In addition, all group members are given the opportunity to enhance their lives through connection. Connection is about connecting with our inner self, and also with supportive like-minded others.

Keep Calm and Optimise Energy with Kinesiology Group in Tascott Central Coast

Members of the group are able to explore ways to gather up, manage and maintain reserves of precious energy every day. It is also about making peace with ourselves, and gaining an understanding of how and where we want to truly be, to cultivate energy.

Here is somewhere to share information; to understand more ways to energise and grow; to nurture and shine a light onto what is important for optimising energy.

It is a time to explore tips and tricks, mind body medicine, and Kinesiology. 

We will venture towards finding our way to unearthing and gaining valuable insights about ourselves, feeling clearer and raising our energy.

Be assured, there will be handy hand outs and worksheets provided. These handouts will provide a focus to optimise energy within important areas in all aspects in life, including your home, community and relationships.

This is also a space for discussions to find ways to minimise expenditure of unnecessary effort along the way.

Each week, there will be a nourishing time for peaceful and refreshing relaxation.

Why Relax?

Relaxation is one of the fundamentals in life, in addition to breathing & drinking water.  It helps us to be ourselves in a calmer manner, and accomplish many more things we would have only dreamt about previously!   It also helps us to relax not only physically but psychologically, which in turn encourages more physical relaxation, etc etc a wonderful loop of calmer living.  Many people have forgotten the basics of deep breathing and can end up shallow breathing whereby reducing the amount of needed oxygen into our bodies and stiffening up all the necessary muscles.  Have you noticed that when you are “overwhelmed” the following may happen…

  • Your Brain goes on strike?
  • You cannot think clearly for the life of you?
  • Your work colleagues avoid you for fear of eruptions?
  • Your ability to study has left the building for a long holiday?
  • Your family and everyone around you seem argumentative or have disappeared completed?
  • Everything takes 3 times as long & 10 times more energy?
  • You feel like just lying down and sleeping?
  • Planning logically is like climbing Everest?
  • Your tummy starts talking to you & your digestive system goes haywire?
  • You lay awake at night counting the marks on the ceiling?

  • Improving digestion – the diaphragm massages the digestive organs when deep breathing, and also, when relaxing, the digestion is given opportunity to kick back in effectively (rest & digest – we cannot digest our food effectively when on the go, go, go physically or mentally).
  • Allowing a return to enjoy life more fully
  • The benefits go on and on and on….
