This is a supportive space for caring, kind and courageous creative souls to gather, and get to know, and understand ourselves.

A place for peaceful reflection, helpful insights, Sound and Kinesiology. A place for nourishing, grounding, and enjoyment.

There will be a mixture of craft options, from colouring and creating, to free flow expressive and calm intuitive options. There will even be a space for gentle sitting and rocking to help soothe and settle inner tension.

This group would suit adults* who are unable to attend groups during the week due to life’s demands.

This time is all yours to listen to what your soul is communicating to you, and of course, a time to play!

It is time to get to know and understand ourselves, with opportunities for self-reflections, guided relaxations for inner exploring, connections and insights.
