Cacao Chocolate Delish Stars
The Best Cacao Chocolate I’ve Ever Created & Tasted!!…
Get yourself a star silicon mould, or any mould you fancy will do.
- Melt 100g cacao butter (buttons available at health stores)… Thermomix way = blitz on speed 8 for a couple of seconds, then scrape down sides & speed 1, 55 degrees for 5mins.
- Add 70g organic cacao powder
- 130g dates
- 30g coconut oil
- 1-2 drops *Young Living Peppermint oil
Then (Thermomix way) = speed 6 for 10 seconds, this depends on the dates you are using, the larger ones medjool are easier to blend. Or have a go in a good blender until blitzed, it seems to be the dates that decide how smooth this mixture blends! Go for it!
Spoon into the moulds, I place the moulds onto a chopping board for easy transferring & cover with a glass chopping board, you could cover with eco baking paper to seal in the freshness. Cool in the fridge or freezer…
