Caring With Kinesiology
Connecting Storytime… Who Cares For Me?
Mildred was sick of feeling down.
Her whole body felt dried up, tired and slumped.
She gathered her strength and allowed her shoulders to relax, and regain their position out to the side of her.
She inhaled deeply into the depth of her lungs, and focused on comforting herself.
“I am me” she declared firmly out loud.
A startled squirrel stopped in his tracks, his eyes wide, swiveling his frightened head towards the noise.
“Sorry” she said as he scuttled away.
I always seem to hurt someone she thought, as the tightness in her throat threatened to suffocate her.
“What’s the point, I can’t do anything right,” she sighed heavily as her body slipped back down into a slump.
“Cheer up lassie” came a warm deep Scottish voice with the feeling of a palm thumping on her back.
Frozen, she slowly twisted behind her, seeking the owner of the voice and hand.
There was no one there.
The tension behind her neck was building like a brick wall being built on top of it.
Just as she thought she must be going mad, she felt the hand on her back again.
She spun around in the defensive karate Hi Ya! attack mode.
Still no one.
She realized she wasn’t breathing into her frozen chest.
She closed her eyes to help re-centre herself.
It didn’t work. Her mind was racing.
She was frightened.
“Be still little one” came the slow velvety words in her ear.
“I can’t!” she screamed, which scattered a flock of birds from their resting place.
She couldn’t handle it anymore, and slid to the ground defeated.
She led down on her left side, curling up into a ball.
She allowed her eyes to dart this way and the next, freely moving wherever they needed to.
She surrendered.
On one hand she felt she was giving up. On the other, she knew she was doing exactly what she needed.
“That’s it… slow down Lassie” she heard the voice say.
She gave up trying to seek the source out.
She let go of trying to understand it.
And that was when the magic happened.
As the dust settled, it was like she was being bathed in a warm peaceful bath, down on the earth.
Her muscles began to relax, and tension flowed away from her.
Nothing seemed frightening, ready to pounce on her, or drown her.
A sparkling warmth spread through her limbs.
Her face began to smooth out, as she realized the thoughts were gone.
Her mind was clear.
She could feel the pulsing of the forest floor, the beating of its heart, and the beating of her own magical heart.
She stopped fighting herself, pushing herself, destroying herself.
She had done it.
She had calmed her storm.
She had let the clutter of unhelpful thoughts go.
She had emptied out a space.
She had calmed her inner world.
She had stopped trying to push through and do all the overwhelming things, she thought she needed to.
She had now filled herself up with what she needed.
She had let go of taking on others thoughts and feelings.
She had released the constant focus on others, and what she believed others wanted, back to themselves.
She now realized the need for others’ to take responsibility for their own growth, on their own journeys, and to learn from their own experiences themselves.
She had made the choice to stop allowing others words and actions to impact her own wellbeing.
She had allowed space for peace, understanding and opportunities.
She had allowed space for her instincts to resurface.
She just was, there on the ground.
She felt connected to everything.
What Do We Truly Need?…
Sometimes we just need to curl up on the floor, go for a walk, do qi gong, move around like a monkey, sit still like stone, stand up with our arms out wide in the shape of a cross. Whatever we get guided to do to re-centre ourselves.
We don’t always need to be soldiering on, like a trooper on a mission.
Our mission, if we chose to accept it, is to be comfortable as ourselves, and be there for, and with ourselves.
Only as ourselves, can we truly be there for others to assist, support and help calm them.
When we are being ourselves, we can be fully present for ourselves and others.
The biggest gift to ourselves and others we can give.
To be fully there to listen, comfort, support, and understand ours and everyone else’s needs, and answer a call for help.
After all, we cannot give from an empty vessel, as Mother Theresa so eloquently put it, when feeding herself before others.
Connection is key, the key to thriving, relaxing, reassuring, comfort, strength, courage, support, assistance, revitalizing etc.
And How Do We Connect?
We find out our own needs.
We empty our waste buckets.
We fill up our joy buckets.
We say no when we need to.
We say Absolutely YES when we feel it in our soul.
We do what lights us up.
We get help to move through darkness when we find ourselves there, for support, clarity, kindness, care, insights.
I can of course help with this in many ways.
All you have to do, is just acknowledge you need some help, we all need help and connection, it is part of life.
What we don’t need, is to be mean, shut ourselves off, try and go it alone, or ignore our needs.
Things get so much easier with connection and acknowledgement.
When we face discomfort in body or thoughts; to allow it to be seen, heard, expressed in a safe way; gives the opportunity to reduce eruptions when least expected which may result in shame, guilt etc.
We are all vulnerable at one stage or another.
When we connect, we can feel safer being it.
We all need to find a caring supportive network, someone to help us care, understand, comfort, shelter, and provide warmth to us in many ways.
Find someone you can trust, and trust your instincts to find them.
Find someone to help you trust your instincts!
I love helping people connect to and build trust in their instincts.

Something For The Bottom…
Of the page…
Of our bodies…
The crack of it…
The bottom line…
We are soooo pleased to have found ECO CHEEKS toilet paper, kitchen paper and tissues. Gone are the nasty chemical whiteners. This paper has an energy of its own. It feels caring as we wipe away stuff we don’t need anymore via our releasing holes!
There is enough toxicity every day, jamming up ourselves inside and out, without adding to this via our most precious parts. Yes, when you think about it, it’s a direct link to our insides down there, and also up the top into our lungs and brains. Consider how creams, sprays, suppositories, etc work.
It is time to clean out. One step is to get some nasty chemical free loo paper. The rest will follow, all in good time. I have many ways to do this also of course!!
There are so many things now adays that can assist with detoxifying our systems and environments.
Another example, is wishing for loved ones to use Young Living Essential oils as health enhancing perfume. I certainly hope that all smells be as clean, pure and caring for our system as possible, because it’s a direct path to our lungs and brain. I definitely chose to keep mine, my family, friends and clients’ lungs and brains as highly functioning as possible.
Simply reach out if you would like to do more for yourself and your family.
This is exactly what I am here for, to help us all empty out our inner waste buckets, and find ways to fill us up with as much health enhancing ways as we possibly can.
I look forward to hearing all these success stories about you, how much fun you are able to add into your lives, and the steps you have taken to care for, and clear yourselves first.
Many fun filled thoughts and inner joyful warmth being wished your way,
Mandy
